Editor's Note: This Summer the Mayor Youth Employment  and Education Program faced a startling budget cut of 1.4 million dollars, which would have added to the growing string of youth unemployment in San Francisco. YO!TV headed over to the Vietnamese Youth Development Center to speak to a few of the youth who fought to and succeeded in scaling back the final blow to the budget.
