Earlier this month, Jerry Brown announced his new plan for budget cuts since he was elected Governor of California. He plans to create higher taxes and cut Government funding. Some of these cuts will affect, Cal Works, Medical, and state colleges. The plan is to gain 12.5 billion dollars through these cuts. This can help California get out a 24 billion dollar deficit.

There's been six officer related shootings this year, and four resulted in death. So this sounds like officers are just targeting minorities, and males of color and using them for target practice. I think Eugene was stressed and emotionally disturbed. He couldn’t take the pressures of society. He was so used to prison and living in an institution, that he felt helpless in the community. So, as a cry for help he did something so outrageous, that we'd have to put him back in prison.

In Orlando, Florida Wesley Snipes is being charged with a tax evasion case. Two years ago he went to trial to fight his case to prove that he is not guilty, but the jury said different and gave him 3-years. But the good thing about that is they gave him the chance for a re-trial to try and prove himself innocent again.
